From 18 to 23 November 2025, Badminton Pan Am successfully delivered a new edition of its Coach Development Program at Club Regatas Lima, with sessions held at the Villa venue (18–21 November) and Chorrillos venue (22–23 November).
A total of 14 coaches from eight Pan American countries took part in the program, representing Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru, Trinidad & Tobago, and the United States.
One of the key highlights of this edition was its strong commitment to gender balance, with eight female coaches and six male coaches participating.

- United States: Lin Jia, Rong Schafer

The program was led by experienced tutors Martijn van Dooremalen (Netherlands) and Richard Wong (Jamaica), who guided participants through technical, tactical, and methodological content aimed at strengthening coaching capabilities across the region.

This initiative reaffirms Badminton Pan Am’s commitment to advancing coach education and supporting the long-term development of badminton throughout the continent.
