After the Technical Meeting held with participation of delegates of each team, the draws were defined for both events of our Pan Am Male & Female Cup 2022.

For Male Cup, Canada and Mexico were seeded 1 and 2 respectively, according to the results of the Pan Am M&F Cup 2020.
Female Cup 2020 had Canada as champion and USA as runner-up, so they are the seeded 1 and 2 for this year.
