Brazilian Para badminton star, Vitor Tavares , reached the bronze medal at the Thailand Para badminton International 2022, held in Pattaya, Thailand, last week.

Pan Am Champion, Vitor, started the competition as seeded 2 in SH6 Group B where he defeated athletes from England and France lo led the group. In Quarter-Finals, Vitor defeated Sivarajan Solaimalai from India to reach the semifinals where he lost against Charles Noakes. Vitor won the bronze medal and was the only pan am player to reach the podium in this tournament.
