During the second week of October, the Cuban Association of Badminton developed the course for Shuttle Time teachers in the Municipality of Artemisa, which was conducted by the National Tutor Yosvany Junquera Machin.
The course included a theoretical part where the teachers of the Shuttle Time program received the necessary information to understand the essence of Shuttle Time, as well as developed the contents of the ten modules, each with its particular characteristics, but all aimed at making Badminton the most popular school sport.
In addition, practice sessions were held and upon completion, the candidates were assesed by running a practical class with ten students from the Carlos Rodríguez Careaga elementary school of the Municipality of Artemisa.
As a result of the evaluation we have now 6 new Shuttle Time teachers certified by BWF.
