Head Coach Martijn Van Dooremalen was in charge of the Camp which was focused on preparing young athletes for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

Also a Coach Experience programme was developed with participation of Pan Am Coaches from Argentina, Barbados, Honduras, El Salvador and Venezuela.

“In El Salvador there is a lot of talent and with this camp both they and the rest of the young players with a good job and development are likely to get a medal for L.A. 2028″, refered Coach Van Dooremalen.

Mr. Armando Bruni, president of El Salvador Badminton Federation said: “We consider it important that international athletes see the conditions of how El Salvador is doing and how we work, despite the limitations we can move forward. El Salvador has made merits to have this training base, since the Pan Am does not grant it to any country on the continent, we feel very honored by the opportunity”.
