On March 26, the Draws procedure of our XXVII YONEX Pan Am Individual Championships 2024, with the presence of Mr. Javier Orozco, BPAC Chair of Events, Mr. German Valdez, BPAC COO, Mr. Alejandro Lopez, Referee for this event, Mr. PJ Williams, Deputy Referee for this event, and was conducted by Mr. Ricardo Salamanca, BPAC Events Director.

After the Draws, the Referee team proceeded to review the conformity of each Draw finding two discrepancies in Men’s Doubles (MD) and Mixed Doubles (XD) regarding GCR Regulation 12.4 (Top 2 of each country must be in different halfs of the draw), in the specific case for Guatemala in MD and Peru in XD.
The solution provided by the Referee team, which was applied, was replace one of the top 2 pairs for the pair number3 (from the same country) which was located at the oposite site of the draw.
After this procedure, the Referee team approved the draws and was posted on the tournament sofware website.
