From February 26 to March 3, the Level 2 Coaches & Tutors Course was held in Lima, Peru, organized by Badminton Pan Am, and had the participation of coaches from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru.
BWF Trainer Prof. Fran Dacal (ESP), was in charge of lead the course and provide the resources, both theoretical and practical, to the attendees during the intense training sessions.
This Course allows coaches from different parts of the continent to continue preparing for the various sporting challenges that are to come, such as the Pan Am Individual Badminton Championship (April 2018), Pan Am Junior Badminton Championships (July), Pan Am Para-Badminton Championship (November 2018), the Youth Olympic Games Buenos Aires 2018 (October), the Pan Am and Parapan Am Games Lima 2019, the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, among others.
