On February 14, the Pan Am Male & Female Cup 2024 Draws was made during the Team Managers Meeting, and the groups are already confirmed for the first day of competition.

For the Male Competition, the defending champion team, Canada, led the Group A and will face Guatemala, El Salvador and Peru, while Brazil, runner-up of the last edition, led Group B and will face United States, Mexico and Paraguay.
In the Female side, United States, as defending champion, is located in Group A and will face Mexico and Peru, while Canada, El Salvador and Brazil are in the Group B.
The competition starts on February 15 with the first rounds of Group Stage and will have the finals on next Sunday.
