After the XXVII Pan Am Junior Championships 2018, Badminton Pan American Confederation organized, with support from Badminton Brazil Federation, a Coach Conference in the facilities of the Pan American Judo Center of Salvador de Bahia, Brazil.
The experienced coaches Martinus Van Dooremalen (NED) and Norma Rodriguez (BRA) were in charge of sharing this conference with coaches from different countries of the region: Argentina, Ecuador, Peru and host Brazil, who shared knowledge and experiences in order to promote the growth of Pan Am Badminton.
