One More Podium – Pan Am Circuit 2019

Pan Am Players from Argentina, Brazil and Colombia took the podiums at Brazil Future Series 2019, held in Americana, Brazil, from August 15 to 17.

Brazil’s medalists at Pan Am Games 2019, Jaqueline Lima, Fabricio Farias, Samia Lima, Francielton Farias and Fabiana Silva, showed their best game and won the gold medals in this tournament. Also, Artur Pomoceno got the crown in Singles.

Athletes from Argentina won silver medal in Men’s Doubles. Nicolas Oliva and Santiago Otero (featured image) reached the final affter defeating duos from Brazil and Colombia, but Fabricio and Francielton Farias defetead them in straigh games (21-15, 21-15).

Colombia got bronze medals in Doubles. Laura Londono and Cristina Ramirez also reached the podium after defeating Mata/Oliveira (BRA) but lost against seeded one duo, Jaqueline Lima / Samia Lima, in semifinals, reaching the bronze medal for their country. Also, Men’s Doubles pair Daniel Borja and Miguel Quirama (featured image) won bronze after defeating Rafael Fonseca/Caio Silva (BRA) and Diego Lopera/Mateo Barrientos, but losing against Argentina’s duo that won the silver.
