BPAC Traning Camp in Guatemala

Pan Am Players and coaches participated in a training camp held in Guatemala city from september 22 to 29.

A total of 18 players and 5 coaches from Canada, El Salvador, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, and Peru shared experiences and training times led by head coaches Martijn Van Dooremalen (NED) and Szkudlarczyk Wojciech (POL).

The camp’s objective was to provide training in an international environment, under the direction of world-class coaches and regional athletes, with evaluation and follow-up plans for future projects, through an intensive program focused on supporting each athlete’s training goals.

For the attending coaches, the “Coach Experience” offered valuable practical tools applicable in their daily work. Fourteen off-court sessions were held specifically for coaches, which included daily evaluations of activities carried out, as well as workshops focused on relevant topics to strengthen and optimize their professional performance.
