Canadian duo Jason Ho-Shue & Nyl Yakura, Pan Am Ranking No. 1, will look to add their 4th crown in a row in Men’s Doubles (2016, 2017 & 2018). Pan Am Champions have participated in various tournaments in Europe and contributed to the gold medal that Canada won in the XXIII Pan Am Mixed Championships 2019. Ho-Shue and Sakura want to continue reigning in the region, but the road will not be easy.
Olympian Phillip Chew wants to recover the first place in Men’s Doubles and this time with Ryan Chew will look for the rematch of last year. United States stars led the participation of Team USA at Pan Am Team 2019 and continue adding experience in the World Tour in search of its best level, with the aim of reaching gold in the Pan Am Games 2019 and qualifying to Tokyo 2020.
Lino Muñoz & Job Castillo won the bronze medal in the previous edition and this time they will have the opportunity to look for the gold medal in their ‘home’. The locals have had the opportunity to train in Europe and now they are focused on achieving their best performance.
Guatemala duo Jonathan Solis & Rodolfo Ramirez (GUA), seeded 3 in this championship, also took the podium in the previous edition but now they will seek to change the bronze medal for the gold one.

The XXIII Pan Am Individual Championships 2019 will be played from April 25th to 28th at the Gimnasio Olimpico de Ciudad Deportiva de Aguascalientes, Mexico.
