In order to open the opportunity up to all BPAC Accredited Umpires who have been at this level for more than two years, BPAC has implemented a new procedure to offer all such Umpires the opportunity to apply to attend the BPAC Certification Course during the next XXVIII Pan Am Junior Championships 2019, an event which will take place in July 2019 in the city of Moncton – Canada.
Applications must be sent from August 20th, until next September 28th, 2018.
