Pan Am Players from Cuba, Mexico, Peru, and host Venezuela clim to the podiums of the II Venezuela International Series 2025, Pan Am Circuit event held in Maracay, Venezuela, from October 22 to 26.

Olympian Inés Castillo (PER) claimed another medal in the 2025 Pan Am Circuit, this time securing the gold after defeating Sabrina Solís (MEX) in straight games. Pan Am Games medalist Taymara Oropesa (CUB) and Leyanis Contreras (CUB) completed the podium, both taking home the bronze medals in Women’s Singles.

The Cuban delegation dominated the doubles events, capturing all Doubles gold medals in this edition. In Mixed Doubles, Roberto Herrera and Taymara Oropesa triumphed over the home duo Ricardo Torres / Mariangel García (VEN) with a solid 21–10, 21–9 win. In Men’s Doubles, Juan Bencomo and Roberto Herrera claimed the title after defeating Frank Barrios / William Barrios (VEN) 21–17, 21–19. Meanwhile, in Women’s Doubles, Taymara Oropesa and Leyanis Contreras earned the gold by overcoming Mariangel García / María Rojas (VEN) 21–14, 21–17.


The bronze medals were shared between Cuban and Venezuelan players who showcased a remarkable level of performance and consistency throughout the tournament.

The 2025 Pan Am Circuit continues with the XVI Mexican International 2025, scheduled for the final week of October.
