In the framework of the Pan Am Junior Championships 2025, the BPAC Junior Academy was held from July 19 to 23, with the participation of 30 athletes and 12 coaches from 14 countries in the region.
The sessions were led by head coaches Pedro Navarrete (ESA) and Shakeira Waithe (BAR), who coordinated a team of regional coaches to provide technical preparation. This combined technical coaching sessions, personal development talks, and integration activities aimed at strengthening this new generation of Pan Am badminton. Each participant received an individual evaluation at the end of the camp, highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement.
This camp reaffirms Badminton Pan Am’s commitment to developing new talent, promoting gender equality, and providing comprehensive training for the continent’s future representatives.
