The Bolivia Badminton Federation, with Badminton Pan Am support, held a course for Badminton Technical Officials in the city of Cochabamba, from April 6 to 9, to boost the development of Bolivian badminton.
The experienced Panamerican Referee Casio Toledo (BRA) was in charge of sharing his knowledge in the training of the new Bolivian line judges and umpires. In addition, Toledo explained the operation of ‘Tournament Software’, a special system used worldwide in badminton events.
Now, Bolivia has more than 30 new line judges and 11 new umpires, who are trained to perform in the next national and international tournaments, and contribute to the development of Bolivian Badminton.
